Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online with M.R.H Designs.org.uk. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Delivery and Postage Costs

Postage is calculated within the stated prices of the individual items online and apply to UK only. For orders to Europe. the USA, and anywhere else in the world the cost will be calculated according to weight and destination. You will be notified when your order is received by us. Any items that cannot fit through a letter box will be posted by recorded delivery. If your item is out of stock we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy. If you are disappointed with your order please return it in mint condition within 14 days for a full refund. Wedding Stationery and favours are classed as special orders, so is eligible for partial refund only.

If a return is necessary please contact us within 7 days from the day after delivery and return the goods within 14 days.

Contact us via email, telephone or in writing.

Return product in its original packaging and labels. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of the original receipt.

You will have to pay the return cost of postage. We recommend that any returned items are sent by Royal Mail sign for delivery.  For larger items and Wedding Stationery items we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance paid

Please ensure that we have your full name & address, telephone number and email address. We are more than happy to discuss our policy with you.

Your statutory rights are not affected.


Payment Options

All payment transactions are via the payment service provider, PayPal, on their secure system. You do not have to have a Paypal account to order through this system. We do not have access to or see your credit/debit cards details. Your payment details are sent directly to the payment service provider, PayPal, so we never see them.

All prices are in pound sterling (£), are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated and include packing and postage costs. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy no resposibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our website or printed matter from us is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our website is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.


Customer Service

We strive to offer the best service possible. We welcome any feedback about our online shop, so please use the contact facility on the website. We aim to deal with any complaints or concerns experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. We will reply within 5 working days of receipt of your email.

We aim to make every effort to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible to the actual product, but some colours may vary. Handmade products will similar, but not necessarily identical. Scented sachet covering designs will vary, and the herbal content may vary slightly due to crop supply.
